No.:IT02369430265 REA No. 206094, Chamber of Commerce of Treviso – in the person of its legal representative in office, as data controller of your personal data, hereby wishes to inform you about processing of your personal data provided while browsing this Website.

3.1 Data controller.

The Data Controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and manner in which personal data are processed. He is the person who looks after security matters. As regards processing of your personal data, the data controller is the company Selcom S.r.l. with sole shareholder, as specified in the introduction.

3.2 Data processors.

As regards processing of your personal data, the data controller has appointed its web agency as its external data processors. The latter will only process data necessary for fulfilling its obligations by virtue of a services contract with the data controller. The appointment of the web agency and its perimeter of responsibility are limited to such scope of processing.

4.1 Introduction

1) The data collected during browsing will not be disseminated or transferred to non-EU countries; the hosting used by the data controller is located in EU territory. However, for effective execution of the requested service, some data could be shared with external subjects asked to perform certain assignments on behalf of our company. For example: web designers, IT consultants.

At any rate, the data controller is committed to keeping your personal data secure, and takes the necessary IT and physical measures to protect them.
